How long is the rental period?
Rentals can be anywhere from 1 to 30 days. You pick what works for you. Need more time? Log into your account before your return date and select "Extend Rental." Extensions are subject to availability.
Can I purchase a rental?
Yes! If you fall in love with your dress, you can purchase it at a special price. Just reach out to us before your return date.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before your scheduled ship date. Contact us at wecare@dresstheday.com.

Contact us immediately and we'll make it right — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
